Recently, Huangjiayuan Tunnel on the Yan'an-Yulin High-Speed Railway was successfully holed through. It is the first tunnel over 10 kilometers long to be holed through along the entire railway, marking a major breakthrough in the construction of key and challenging control projects and laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction. Once the project is completed, travel time between Yan'an and Yulin will be reduced to around one hour, while railway travel time between Xi'an and Yulin will be shortened to around two hours. The project is of great significance to promoting high-quality economic and social development in the region.
