On September 1, as the final pair of 500-meter-long rails was laid in place at the construction site of Wanzhoubei Railway Station in Wanzhou district, Chongqing, track laying was completed along the entire newly built Chongqing-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, bringing the railway a step closer to opening.
