As of July 8, the grassland railway had handled 150.1 million tons of freight this year, exceeding 150 million tons 15 days earlier than last year and up 10.57 million tons year-on-year. The daily average number of loaded freight cars reached 12,331, up 7.5% year-on-year. This year, CR-Hohhot has operated 441 multimodal transport trains, up 46.5% year-on-year, and 153 intercity trains, up 115.5% year-on-year.
