On June 12, a CRE train fully loaded with small household appliances departed with a whistle from Erenhot Railway Port in Inner Mongolia, marking that the total number of CRE trains handled by the Central Corridor has exceeded 25,000. As the only port on the CRE Central Corridor, Erenhot Railway Port has seen a steady annual increase in the number of train movements since the first CRE train passed through in 2013, reflecting continuous improvements in both the "hard connectivity" of port infrastructure and the “soft connectivity” of cross-border coordination.
