Plateau Railway Intercity Freight Train Bound for Xizang Achieves First Non-Stop Service

　　

       On June 12, the "Sky Road Express" intercity freight train bound for Xizang, operated by CR-Qingzang, departed from Shuangzhai Railway Station in Xining, Qinghai and headed for Lhasa West Railway Station. This marks the first time a plateau intercity freight train entering Xizang has completed the entire journey with no intermediate stops. The train also ran at full capacity and full marshalling length, setting a new record for freight transport on the Qinghai-Xizang Railway.
