In the early hours of May 2, high speed comprehensive inspection train DJ602 slowly departed from the Wuxi Yard of Xi'andong Railway Station and headed north to Gaoling Railway Station, marking the arrival of the first high speed comprehensive inspection train on the main line from Gengzhen Block Post to Xi'andong Railway Station of the Xi'an-Yan'an High Speed Railway.
Meanwhile, dynamic testing commenced on the Sanyicun Railway Station-Guowangcun Railway Station section of the Guobei Connection Line, part of the Xi'an hub connection line project of the Xi'an-Yan'an High Speed Railway. This milestone signifies the smooth connection of the Xi'an-Yan'an High Speed Railway main line into Xi'andong Railway Station, achieving interconnection and a successful "handshake" between the two core hub stations — Xi'anbei Railway Station and Xi'andong Railway Station — and marking a critical breakthrough in the construction of the north-south passenger corridor of the Xi'an railway hub.
