As of July this year, significant progress has been achieved in advancing the 102 major railway-related projects outlined in China's 14th Five-Year Plan. The total operating mileage of the national railway network has reached 162,000 kilometers, including 48,000 kilometers of high-speed railway lines. The network now connects 97% of Chinese cities with permanent urban populations of over 500,000, with all 19 major city clusters across the country accessible by high-speed trains.
In this decisive year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, remarkable achievements once again highlight China's commitment to its mission. On the grand journey toward building a strong transportation nation, CR enterprises are pressing ahead with vigor and determination, transforming ambitious "blueprints on paper" into an expansive and dynamic land transport network. These efforts continue to drive a moving China forward toward an even more promising future.
