Over 1,500 CRE Trains Pass Through the Central Corridor This Year

    On the evening of June 1, a CRE train fully loaded with auto parts, home appliances and daily goods departed from the Erenhot Railway Port in Inner Mongolia, marking over 1,500 CRE trains passing through Erenhot Railway Port this year.

    Erenhot Railway Port is the key railway port on the CRE train Central Corridor and the largest land port between China and Mongolia. In recent years, with the rapid development of China-Europe rail services, railway authorities have continuously expanded the international logistics network. In the second quarter, Erenhot Railway Port added new routes including "Wuhu-Moscow" and "Liulihe-Minsk," reaching 73 operational routes. The network connects more than 70 hub stations across over 10 countries including Germany, Poland and Russia, and serves over 60 cities in 24 provinces across China. Cargo includes 10,000 varieties of goods such as domestic automobiles and parts, high-end machinery, electronics, textiles, daily necessities and others.
