On February 17, the "Erhang Changqing," a pile-driving vessel with the world's highest pile frame, largest piling capacity, longest pile driving length and strongest resistance to wind and waves, set sail from Qidong, Nantong, Jiangsu. This marks the official entry of a new heavyweight tool in China's hydraulic construction field.

The pile-driving vessel is responsible for driving steel pipes into the seabed to form foundation piles and will play a key role in the construction of large ports, cross-sea bridges, offshore wind farms and other projects. The "Erhang Changqing" is heading to the construction site of the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Railway Bridge on the Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo High Speed Railway.
