New Western Land-Sea Corridor Accelerates Pace 
during the Spring Festival Period

        During the Spring Festival period, the New Western Land-Sea Corridor operated more trains to make new record high. The New Western Land-Sea Corridor is presenting fresh vitality by solving international logistics problem in western China, and creating new opportunities for countries and regions along the Belt and Road.

    In spite of COVID-19 impact in 2022, the construction of New Western Land-Sea Corridor was accelerated to lay foundation for acceleration during the Spring Festival. In 2022, 78 new routes were opened along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, more than five times the number in 2021, thus creating a new high in the past five years. The logistics network has reached 393 ports in 119 countries and regions.
