Recently, construction was in full swing at the site of the bridge spanning the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Coastal Expressway on the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway in Dongguan, Guangdong province. The main line of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway is 116.12 kilometers long and passes through five cities: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Jiangmen. Once operational, travel between Shenzhen and Jiangmen will take less than one hour.
