The Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Railway Bridge, located in the waters of Hangzhou Bay in Zhejiang province, is a key control project of the Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo High-Speed Railway. The bridge starts from Haiyan county, Jiaxing city in the north and ends at Cixi city, Ningbo city in the south, with a total length of 29.2 kilometers. As the world's longest cross-sea high-speed railway bridge currently under construction with the highest construction standards, it is designed for a speed of 350 kilometers per hour and adopts a double-track ballastless track design. At present, steel girder erection for the bridge's navigable-span bridges, prefabricated pier construction for the offshore approach bridges and prefabricated box girder erection are progressing in an orderly manner.
