Key Span Closed on Qiangkuang Reservoir Grand Bridge,

Weifang-Suqian High Speed Railway Qingdao Link

　　On June 23, the continuous beam of the Qiangkuang Reservoir Grand Bridge, located in Wulian, Shandong province, achieved precise closure. The bridge is the only large-span continuous beam over water on the Qingdao link of the Weifang-Suqian High Speed Railway, spanning a total length of 621.7 meters across a water source conservation area. Once completed, the project will open a southbound corridor from the Jiaodong Peninsula, facilitating connectivity between the Jiaodong Peninsula and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta, and accelerating the formation of the regional high speed railway network.
