Xi'andong Railway Station and Xi'an-Shiyan High-Speed Railway Open Simultaneously
On June 30, two major projects, Xi'andong Railway Station and the Xi'an-Shiyan High Speed Railway, were simultaneously put into operation. As a comprehensive transport hub integrating high-speed and normal-speed trains, Xi'andong Railway Station features a large-scale station yard with 13 platforms and 27 tracks. Its annual passenger departure capacity is expected to reach 36.5 million, making it a core gateway for improving the transport network in the Guanzhong region and serving public travel.
