Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Marks 15 Years of Operation

　　

       On June 30, the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway marked its 15th anniversary of being opened and put into operation. Over the past 15 years, more than 2.22 million train services have operated on the line, safely transporting over 2.3 billion passenger trips. The railway has continuously set new records in passenger volume, transport efficiency and operating performance while maintaining industry-leading standards in safety, service quality and technological innovation, providing strong momentum for high-quality economic and social development along the route.
