The 15th National Games opened in Guangzhou on November 9. To ensure safe and reliable transportation services for the event, the railway sector planned ahead, made thorough arrangements, and organized operations with precision, strictly implementing all requirements regarding transportation safety and passenger services.
Railway authorities inspected and upgraded passenger service facilities at relevant stations, developed “one-station, one-policy” plans, and strengthened inspections at real-name verification and security check areas to ensure passenger safety during the Games. EMU trains underwent special deep-cleaning and seat cover washing to maintain a tidy and pleasant onboard environment and enhance the travel experience.
