Beijing, March 16 (Reported by Wang Zhaojie) - Since the beginning of this year, CR has solidly carried out a special action to improve train catering services based on the Annual Activity for Passenger Service Quality, aiming to create distinctive catering brands on high speed trains and ensure passengers eat well and fully.

Increasingly diverse food offerings meet the needs of the public. CR-Shanghai has introduced affordable meals such as Shengzhou steamed buns for 18 yuan, convenience buckets, and pork rib and rice cakes priced at 28 yuan, focusing on creating a catering system priced under 30 yuan for the public. CR-Zhengzhou has added premium beef brisket, braised pork, tomato and egg combos, and other sets to some trains from Zhengzhou to Guangzhou and Shenzhen, enriching the variety of onboard meals. CR-Guangzhou has launched "home-cooked meals" on more than 400 high speed trains passing through Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Changsha, introducing 16 new dishes ranging from 15 yuan to 30 yuan. CR-Lanzhou has added 44 kinds of snacks and pastries such as soy milk, pastries, milk tea, hamburgers, and duck necks on high speed trains.

Meals with regional characteristics have been provided to enhance passengers' diversified and personalized service experiences. CR-Wuhan has introduced "Hubei cuisine" box meals such as lotus root spare rib soup, Mianyang steamed pork, Zhongxiang panlong vegetables, and Laba bean pig's feet on more than 140 high speed train sets, allowing passengers to taste authentic flavors of the Hubei region. CR-Nanchang has introduced local specialties such as three-cup chicken, vinegar-braised pork, braised Tingzhou dried tofu, and Minnan ginger duck on some normal-speed trains. On the Z6 themed cultural train from Nanning Railway Station to Beijingxi Railway Station, staff from CR-Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd. cook famous dishes from Guangxi, such as Yangshuo beer fish, Gaofeng lemon duck, and stir-fried celtuce with perilla. CR-Urumqi provides Xinjiang specialty dishes such as big plate chicken, beef pilaf, and spicy noodles on some trains.

The trains with delicious dishes not only travel at high speeds but also warm the heart. "The variety is becoming richer, and the prices are getting more affordable. Thumbs up." "It's early in the morning and I haven't eaten yet, and I'm getting hungry watching this." Continuous improvements in train catering have earned praise from passengers and netizens.
