Epidemic Control Measures Improved to Ensure Passenger Safety

According to forecasts by CR Guangzhou, the local passenger flow mainly composed of tomb-sweeping passengers and spring outing passengers during this year's Qingming Festival. In order to ensure safe and orderly travel during the holidays, CR Guangzhou strengthened epidemic control at stations and on board, implemented "one day one diagram", dynamically adjusted the transport capacity and accurately operated trains, based on the passenger demands and the changes in epidemic prevention and control, creating a safe environment for travel.
In railway transport during Qingming Festival, CR Guangzhou strictly implemented epidemic control measures to ensure travel safety such as body temperature measurement, health code checking, negative nucleic acid test result checking at all subordinate stations, as well as ventilation and disinfection at stations and on board, building a defensive line against the epidemic.
Guangzhounan Railway Station has provided nucleic acid test service at the ticket hall No. 3 at the west gate on the first floor and at the checkout channel. The service is mainly for passengers from areas listed with medium or high risk of infection or from areas with any locally transmitted case reported within 14 days.
For passengers from other provinces to Hunan, Changshanan Railway Station strictly checked for their negative test result within 48 hours. According to the local epidemic control requirements, some passengers need to take another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan. Changshanan Railway Station set up one special zone and two test points at the checkout gate for passengers from Shenzhen, Nanchang, Huaihua, and Dongguan, and arranged volunteers to guide the passengers to the special zone for test via the special channel, effectively diverting the passenger flow for closed loop management and nucleic acid test.
