  The railway sector provides passengers with lost & found service. Passengers can search for lost goods online for themselves and their frequent contacts through the 12306 website (including mobile phone App) or customer service telephone. Passengers who lost their belongings during the trip can fill in the service form provided by the staff, describing in detail the place of loss and the specific information of the lost belongings. When the form is submitted, crew members will contact passengers as soon as possible to inform the search result.
