It has implemented the "one day one diagram" method for freight trains heading to Tibet, dynamically adjusted their transportation organization, implemented the passenger-train-type management, and operated the freight trains in fixed points, fixed routes and fixed formations. It has actively promoted the operation mode of train receiving-departure, placing in-taking out and loading-unloading in complete formation, increased the number of operated freight trains heading to Tibet, and released the railway's transport capacity to the maximum extent.
China Railway Qinghai-Tibet Group Co., Ltd. has seized the favorable opportunity of the expansion and reconstruction of the Golmud-Lhasa Section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the opening of the bulk loading operation area at the Lhasa West Freight Yard to scientifically allocate loading and unloading personnel and vehicles, optimize and adjust the allocation of transport capacity, and effectively improve the loading efficiency of goods and materials for people's livelihood in Tibet.
