In railway transportation, explosive, flammable, toxic, infective, corrosive and radioactive goods prone to personal injury, property damage and environmental pollution during transportation, loading and unloading, storage, and need special protection, are hazardous goods.
Process:
1. The applicant shall submit application to the station.
2. The station shall submit application to the National Railway Administration.
3. The National Railway Administration shall organize the safety evaluation of the handling conditions of hazardous goods, and prepare a safety evaluation report or safety evaluation opinions. Those that do not meet the safety requirements shall not be approved.
4. The National Railway Administration confirms and approves the restrictions on the handling of hazardous goods at stations within its jurisdiction in accordance with laws and regulations and relevant regulations and requirements of the CHINA RAILWAY.
Restrictions on handling hazardous goods at handling stations: When handling in the station, the handling restrictions include the name of the handling station, the name of the goods to be sent and arrived, and the corresponding loading methods. When special lines (special railways) is used, the handling restrictions include the name of the connection station, the name of the special line (special railway), the name of the goods to be sent and arrived, and the corresponding loading methods. When special lines (special railways) are shared, the handling restrictions also include the name of the sharing units, the name of the goods to be sent and arrived, and the corresponding loading methods.
