"Through collective training, we will update education and teaching concepts, understand the advanced education and teaching theories, allow children to receive more advanced education, give them wings to pursue their dreams and help them fly out of the mountain area!", said a cadre a few days ago at the training class for improving professional skills of three-year special-post teachers and government-supported teaching majors in Yuanzhou District, Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is reported that 374 people have received the training.
Since China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. was designated to offer assistance in Yuanzhou District, it has focused on solving problems by performing root cause analysis and made efforts to increase people’s confidence and help them acquire knowledge and skills, and created a package of measures for this purpose: It spent RMB 47.14 million in building fully functioning schools and auxiliary facilities such as stadiums, libraries, and computer classrooms, so as to enable the education of Yuanzhou District to develop in the way of IT application, standardization and modernization; in 2021, it spent RMB 900,000 in professional training and gave special lectures via online micro-courses and "cloud training" of the Party School of CR Party Committee to fully start the skill training for wealth leaders, rural doctors, and rural teachers. By now, more than 1,300 people have been trained. "The training courses organized by the railway enterprise cover many aspects such as teacher ethics, teaching skills, curriculum design and class management. We have significantly benefited from experience-based training, special lectures, case sharing, discussions and exchanges, and grouping presentation, and have made progress in all aspects," said a trainee teacher of the Eleventh Primary School of Yuanzhou District.
