Steel Silk Road Connects China-ASEAN "Circle of Friends"

Containers on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor trains sound their horns as they depart, with 750,000 TEUs of cargo heading to ASEAN countries within half a year; more than 380 types of "Made in China" goods travel weekly on 14 China-Vietnam freight train trips; on EMUs operating on the Fangchenggang-Dongxing Railway, Chinese and Vietnamese tourists exchange specialty goods with smiles.

In the first half of this year, Guangxi's import and export volume with ASEAN exceeded 206 billion yuan, accounting for half of the region's total foreign trade. As the railway lines extend, trade gears are turning and the bonds of friendship continue to strengthen.
