Since the opening of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway, it has become the preferred mode of transportation for more and more Indonesian citizens due to its safety, convenience, and comfort. Currently, the high speed railway operates 40 EMU trains daily, up from the initial 14 sets, and the number of passenger seats has increased from over 8,400 to more than 24,000. The highest daily passenger throughput since the start of operation reached 21,537, with the highest passenger occupancy rate reaching 99.6%.
