Cumulative Shipments via the New International Land-Sea

Trade Corridor Surpass 5 Million TEUs

 

  

      As of November 29, containerized cargo shipped via the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor railway services had cumulatively exceeded 5 million TEUs, reaching 5.003 million TEUs. Of this total, more than 1.3 million TEUs were transported since the beginning of this year, reaching 1.308 million TEUs and representing a year-on-year increase of 55.3%. In the first three quarters of this year, the western region recorded imports and exports worth 611.5 billion yuan via the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, boosting foreign trade growth in the western region by 3.4 percentage points.
