CRE Train Expands to 72 Routes via Central Corridor
Recently, the first Wuhu-Moscow CRE train passed through the Erlianhot Port in Inner Mongolia, marking the expansion of the middle corridor's operation to 72 routes. The train, which departs from Wuhutaqiao Railway Station in Anhui, is bound for Bely Rast Railway Station in Moscow, Russia. It carries 55 containers weighing 266.4 tons, with a cargo value of 21.313 million yuan. The primary cargo is automobiles.
Erlianhot Port is the largest land border port between China and Mongolia. Currently, the port supports CRE train services to over 70 cities or stations in more than 10 countries, with a reach that covers more than 60 cities across 24 provinces in China. The number of operational routes has grown from 2 to 72, with cargo covering over 10,000 types, including new energy vehicles and parts, as well as high-end machinery and equipment.
