On March 31, a CRE train carrying goods such as electric refrigerators, coffee machines, and ceramic sanitary ware departed from Nanchang International Land Port. Several days later, the train exited from the Horgos Port, passed through Central Asian countries including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, and finally arrived in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. Compared to the traditional route via the Alataw Pass, the transportation time was shortened by about 12 hours.

Unlike previous freight trains bound for Central Asia that only reached a single country, this CRE train passed through five Central Asian countries and unloaded goods according to transportation demands. To ensure the smooth operation of this freight train, CR-Nanchang enhanced its coordination with customs authorities and relevant municipal government authorities. They also communicated effectively with the freight train operators, station operators, and import and export enterprises, to timely obtain information about the freight train's operating cycle and their destinations, thereby ensuring safe and smooth transportation.
