Freight Traffic of CHINA RAILWAY Express Trains from/to Xi'an Exceeds 50,000 Cars This Year

Recently, X8155 CRE train full of electric kettles, optical fiber modems, children's bicycles and other goods have departed from Xi'an International Port Station of China Railway Xi'an Group Co., Ltd., heading to Alataw Pass Border Station. This marks that the freight traffic of CRE trains originating and arriving in Xi'an exceeded 50,000 cars this year.
Since the beginning of this year, giving full play to the advantages of large traffic volume, high punctuality, green and environmental protection, the CRE trains originating and arriving in Xi'an have provided a stable transport channel that accelerates the domestic and international circulations. The number of CRE trains operated has further increased, with an average of 5 to 7 trains per day, which mainly carries nine categories of goods such as light industrial products, food, industrial machinery, steel, electronic products, building materials, medical devices, clothing, chemicals, etc.
