Facing the epidemic, China Railway Hohhot Group Co., Ltd. has laid its focus both on the epidemic prevention and control and the cross-border transportation, realizing steady growth in freight import and export. Erenhot International Port is the largest land port linking China and Mongolia, which undertakes the inbound and outbound customs clearance, transshipment and quarantine of CRE trains originated from North and Central China and other regions. In the epidemic prevention and control period, Erenhot Station has actively worked with the government authorities, customs, frontier inspection agencies and Mongolian railway authorities to implement the customs clearance mode of "single customs declaration, inspection and clearance". It has also moved its services from offline to online, which played an active role in promoting enterprises to resume work and production and strengthening foreign trade transportation.
