Qinghai Province operates the first rail-sea container combined transport train to South Asia

  On August 11, a container train (Golmud-Chongqing-Qinzhou Harbor-Sri Lanka) pulled out of the Golmud Station, marking successful operation of the first rail-sea container combined transport train from Qinghai Province to South Asia via south corridor of the China-Singapore Connectivity Project.

  The rail-sea container combined transport from Qinghai Province to South Asia is of great significance for reducing logistic cost of Chinese companies, enhancing international competitiveness of products and improving the openness of Qinghai Province.
