In the first quarter of this year, Erenhot Railway Port in Inner Mongolia, a key node on the central corridor of CRE trains, handled 1,145 CRE trains, up 22.3% year on year, hitting a record high. The CRE trains carried 110,200 TEUs of goods and 946,400 tons, up 14.6% and 19.7% respectively.

To improve the quality and efficiency of CRE transportation, railway authorities have coordinated cargo sources and capacity allocation, deepened the "two-station integration" organizational model with Zamyn-Uud Station in Mongolia, continuously implemented a "daily dialogue and monthly meeting" communication mechanism, dynamically sharing information on train flow structure and yard inventory between the two border stations; coordinated to resolve issues such as train reception and departure, loading and unloading operations, and wagon flow organization, forming an integrated linkage mechanism for train operations, freight handling, and loading/unloading. This has made all operational links more orderly, smooth and efficient.
